We only collect what we need to deliver your totes and provide good service:

• Addresses: Your delivery and pickup addresses, plus any access instructions you provide (gate codes, apartment numbers, etc.).
• Booking details: Package selected, rental dates, add-ons, coupon codes used.
• Payment information: Processed directly by Stripe. We don't see or store your full credit card number — we only receive a confirmation that payment succeeded and the last four digits for our records.
• Website usage data: Basic information like which pages you visited, your general location (city/state-level, not precise), and device type. This helps us understand what's working on the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Fulfill your rental — coordinate delivery, pickup, and any issues that come up.
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and status updates.
• Process payments and refunds.
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• Occasionally send you updates about our service — but only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• Improve our website and operations.
• Comply with legal obligations (like tax reporting).

3. Who We Share It With

We share information only with trusted services that help us run the business:

• Stripe — processes payments. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Hostinger — hosts our website and stores booking information securely.
• Email service providers — used to send booking confirmations and updates.
• Referral partners (real estate agents, property managers) — if you booked using a partner's promo code, we may share that a booking was made through their code so they receive proper credit. We don't share your personal contact details with them unless you explicitly authorize it.
• Legal authorities — if required by law (e.g., a subpoena).

4. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses minimal cookies — mostly for basic functionality (like remembering where you are in the booking process). We may add Google Analytics in the future to understand site traffic patterns; if we do, it will be anonymized and used solely for improving the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer, though some site features may not work properly without them.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information:

• Our website uses HTTPS encryption.
• Payment data is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor.
• We limit access to customer data to people who need it to do their jobs.

No system is 100% secure, but we use industry-standard practices to keep your information safe.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep booking and customer information for as long as needed to provide service, resolve disputes, and meet legal/tax requirements (typically 7 years for tax records). If you want your information deleted sooner, see Section 8 below.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we have about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time — every marketing email will have an unsubscribe link, or just email us.
